Beginner
Includes an introduction to drawing and perspective basics, painting in black and white, and experimentation with value and contrast.
Intermediate Class
Introduces students to painting in primary colors and encourages adding more colors to the palette as individual students feel comfortable.
Advanced Class
with Staci Garner-Spivak

This Oil Painting Class is divided according to skill level and is a combination of beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Hands-on demonstration and instruction will be provided to each student at their level.

A continuation of Intermediate, teaching techniques for working from still life or photographs that students provide.
About the instructor: Staci Garner-Spivak has been teaching art since 1995. She taught drawing and oil painting at Nashville Tech for 11 years and among other locations as well. She has also worked as a professional artist producing murals and paintings on commission since 1997.
